Payments for doctoLys subscriptions are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller of the Product.
When you purchase doctoLys, you enter into a transaction with Paddle. Paddle is responsible for billing, tax collection, and refund processing.
2. Refunds
Refunds are provided in accordance with Paddle’s applicable terms and conditions.
